Cabernet Sauvignon has a long history in Northern Italian wines, is among the most widespread and famous grapes of the world, and is particularly suited to produce red wine with outstanding quality and longevity. Our Cabernet Sauvignon is full-bodied and dry with unique elegance and well-balanced depth.
The cabernet grapes are harvested at full ripeness and undergo a traditional vinification at a controlled temperature. The average maturation period varies from 6 to 12 months.
Thanks to its roundness, this hefty red wine is perfect with spicy tomato-based sauces and grilled meats such as braised beef and pork ribs. It also pairs particularly well with savory and seasoned cheeses and first courses like Milanese risotto.
Color: Clear, intense ruby red with slight purple tinges.
Nose: Vinous and slightly herbaceous, with notes of red berries, delicately spicy in the finish.
Palate: Dry, round, pleasantly tannic, medium-bodied, with a good structure.
