The cabernet grapes are harvested at full ripeness and undergo a traditional vinification at a controlled temperature. The average maturation period varies from 6 to 12 months.

Thanks to its roundness, this hefty red wine is perfect with spicy tomato-based sauces and grilled meats such as braised beef and pork ribs. It also pairs particularly well with savory and seasoned cheeses and first courses like Milanese risotto.
