Pinot Grigio is a zesty white wine that is refreshing on a hot summer’s day. It makes a fine aperitif and is highly suited to every social occasion with or without food. As one of Northern Italy's points of reference for white wine, Pinot Grigio is the second most popular white wine in America.

The pinot grigio grapes are subjected to a delicate crush and soft pressing. Fermentation occurs at a controlled temperature of about 64°F/ 18°C, which preserves the great structure and minerals.

The result combines particularly well with delicate or fried appetizers, pasta courses with light sauces, soft cheeses, white meats, and light, flaky fish dishes, or crab.
